Erie Town Profile
The Town of Erie in August 2020 passed a resolution to adopt the Boulder County Regional Housing Strategy in support of affordable housing, signing on to the goal of reaching 12% affordable housing by 2035.

Meetings
Meetings take place on first and third Wednesday of each month at 6:30pm unless otherwise noted on the upcoming meetings and events calendar, at the Erie Town Hall Board Room, 645 Holbrook St., Erie. Meeting Agendas are available online no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled meeting.

Stakeholder Meeting, August 2022
Stakeholder meetings were held in the first week of August, 2022. Advocates for affordable housing and a proposed ordinance on inclusionary housing gave presentations to the Board of Trustees in September and November.
