Boulder County Housing Authority

The Boulder County Housing Authority (BCHA) serves all areas of Boulder County outside the city limits of Longmont and Boulder, including the cities of Lafayette and Louisville, and the towns of Superior, Nederland, and Erie, and all unincorporated areas of the county.

Boulder County Regional Housing Partnership

The Boulder County Regional Housing Partnership (https://homewanted.org/) was formed in 2016 under the guidance of the Boulder County Consortium of Cities to address the area’s escalating housing costs. Ten Boulder County jurisdictions, including the East County communities that ECHO comprises, signed a resolution supporting the Regional Housing Strategy and its goal of having 12% of the county’s housing inventory permanently affordable to low, moderate, and middle-income households by 2035.
